Shahal Khan is a seasoned investor and entrepreneur with over 22 years of experience spanning telecoms, real estate, energy, technology, and more. As CEO of BurTech Acquisition Corp., he is spearheading a $894 million merger with AI edge computing firm Blaize, aiming for a Nasdaq listing and enhanced AI deployment. Since founding Burkhan World Investments LLC in 2021, Khan has focused on sustainable investments. He also leads Trinity Hospitality Group, developing tech-enabled properties in New York City. Previously, he founded Global Voice Telecom and Zebasolar, and served on various boards, including Global Data Sentinel and Trinity White City Ventures. Khan’s past ventures include CRME, a mining company; The Quimera Project, a tech R&D cluster in Barcelona; and a joint venture with American Ethane for power projects in Pakistan. He was instrumental in founding Fortune Investment House in Bahrain and served as CEO of Centile in France. He holds a BA in Economics from American University and studied business management at Johns Hopkins University. Khan is a senator of the World Business Angels Investment Forum and a commissioner of the U.S. Council on Competitiveness.
